Arnaud is a psychologist and a registered member of the Order of Psychologists of Québec.
Arnaud practices psychotherapy in a humanist-existential approach with an adult clientele. He views psychotherapy as a safe space in which clients can explore and connect with themselves. Through narrative and through the therapeutic relationship itself, Arnaud helps his clients make sense of their difficulties by exploring the events and meaningful relationships that have led them to where they are. Through acquired self-understanding and by finding meaning, clients gain insight into their needs and become better equipped to make coherent choices and actions.
