Zoé is currently completing her doctorate in clinical psychology (Ph.D.) at the Université de Montréal and is registered as a doctoral therapist with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec. She works under the supervision of Dr. Jean Gagnon, psychologist.
Her therapeutic approach is humanistic and intersubjective, focusing on mentalization. Her sessions emphasize the authentic relationship between therapist and patient, and putting mental and emotional states into words. Her experience has led her to work with a wide range of relational and emotional issues, as well as trauma-related difficulties.
She offers in-person individual therapy.
