Cécile is a supervised doctoral student affiliated with the Order of Psychologists of Quebec, under the supervision of Martin Roy.
Currently at the end of her doctoral studies in psychology at UQAM, she completed her clinical internships at the Jewish General Hospital, in the cognitive behavioral therapy department, and at the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal (IUSMM), at the Mood and Anxiety Disorders clinic.
Working in cognitive behavioral therapy, Cécile integrates third wave approaches into her practice. She is interested in understanding the origin of her clients’ difficulties and offers concrete tools that aim to reduce the symptoms. Self-compassion and mindfulness are also at the heart of her practice.
Cécile offers psychotherapy services to adult clients with various problems such as anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.
