Mali is a doctoral student registered with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec, under the supervision of Béatrice de Montigny Malenfant, psychologist (D.Psy).
She is currently completing her doctoral studies at the Université du Québec à Montréal. She has also completed a specialized diploma in behavioral intervention with people living with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). During her clinical training, she completed her first internship at UQAM's Centre de services psychologiques. She then completed her clinical training at the Centre de services scolaires de la Pointe-de-l'Île (CSSPI), where she had the opportunity to work in psychological assessment and intervention with children, adolescents and their families.
Trained mainly in the cognitive-behavioral approach and acceptance and commitment therapy, Mali uses an integrative, flexible approach that respects the needs of each individual. By establishing a therapeutic climate of acceptance, authenticity and trust, she adopts an active approach that emphasizes co-construction.
Mali offers psychotherapy services in French to children, adolescents and young adults for a variety of issues, including anxiety, autonomy, assertiveness, self-esteem, mood, relationship and family difficulties, academic difficulties, identity, emotional management and regulation, adjustment difficulties and neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. She practices in person and via videoconferencing.
